Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of Muoov.com (the “Platform”), owned and operated by Branduoo OÜ, an Estonian company. By using or subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility & Registration

Businesses must register to list services or locations. Upon registration, you receive a yearly subscription, which includes:

• A full business profile

• Video showcase

• Published products on MUOOV via Bokun integration ( commission applies)

• Access to CRM and POS (depending on business type)

• QR code & short link tools

• Traffic analytics

• Bio pages

• Dedicated account setup and support

2. Subscription and Fees

All subscriptions are annual. No refunds or cancellations are allowed after payment. However, you may cancel future renewals by disabling the recurring billing option in your dashboard before the next billing cycle.

3. Sales and Commission

If you opt to sell services via the Bokun integration, a separate contract must be signed. A commission applies to each sale through the platform. The business type determines product eligibility.

4. Content and Responsibility

All content published is either uploaded by the user or shared via collaboration with our partners. Muoov.com is not responsible for errors, incorrect information, or issues arising from third-party bookings.

5. Activity Bookings and Refunds

Muoov.com cooperates with local and international partners to display experiences. All activity bookings are subject to the refund policy of the original provider. Customers must follow those terms for cancellations or disputes.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content on Muoov.com are owned by Branduoo OÜ or used under license. You may not reuse or copy any part without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Muoov.com and Branduoo OÜ shall not be liable for indirect damages, business loss, or personal injury resulting from services booked via third parties.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Estonia.
